The new company starts from August 1st, 2009 and is the successor of the world-wide well known "DR. STRAUSS SYSTEM-ELEKTRONIK GMBH".
The shareholders of DR.STRAUSS MESSTECHNIK GMBH are Mr. Torsten Piehl and Mr. Thomas Waldheuser.
The management board will be taken over to by Mr. Piehl and Mr. Waldheuser while Dr. Strauss finished his activities in the active business.
